Important Information on COVID-19 and Pipe Creek Animal Hospital

August 23, 2024

Dog waiting in carWe wanted to take the time to update all our wonderful clients about some important changes here at Pipe Creek Animal Hospital. Effective immediately we are moving to Curbside Concierge appointments ONLY.

Temporarily our lobby will be closed to clients and guests.  We want to protect both the health of our staff and our clients as best as possible while still being available to guide you with your pet care needs. Our policies will be updated as needed to be compliant with current state regulations.

What does this mean?

  • Curbside Concierge Service for clients: Just give us a call at (830) 535-4406 when you arrive! We will meet you at your car to retrieve and return your pet
  • Pet Parents are to wait in the car during the appointment, or drop off your pet and return later in the day to pick up your pet
  • We will call to discuss consultation and treatment options
  • Payment via phone at the time services are rendered
  • If you are dropping by a sample for analysis, please call us to let us know you have arrived
  • Curbside Concierge service for medication and pet food purchases that must be picked up at the practice. Please call us at (830) 535-4406 when you arrive. Please give us 24 hours notice so we can have medications and foods ready for pickup.

Our hospital will remain OPEN the following business hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 7:30am-5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8am-12pm

We encourage you to use our ONLINE STORE for convenient home delivery of medication refills. Plan ahead so you have what you need on hand before your current supply runs out.

In the midst of the current chaos, we are honored to be able to stay open to provide the care your four-legged family members deserve. We ask for your patience, cooperation and perhaps a little grace with our appointment protocol modifications. Being veterinarians, we take our oath to protect animal and public health seriously and are working diligently to provide the necessary care to our patients while keeping our clients and staff as safe as possible. Together, we will get through this!

Please call us with any questions or concerns at (830) 535-4406.

We will continue to keep you updated on additional changes. We appreciate your understanding as we work to make sure pets receive the care they need while keeping our team and our clients healthy and safe.
